Being a Contract Manager in KMD

Contract Management is part of Group Legal and support all business units within KMD. Together with the contract owners we are responsible for managing and developing the agreements from tender to termination within all kinds of IT deliveries.

You will be part of a Contract Management team working out of the head quarter located in Ballerup. Together we are responsible for creating professional and high value support on KMD’s largest contracts and customers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • interact with the business as a professional and trustworthy contract manager
  • support with legal and financial input on contracts from tender to termination
  • clarify multiple issues in close corporation with various internal and external stakeholders
  • take responsibility for your own tasks and bring excellent performance to the table
  • proactively work with contracts to secure insights, deliveries, and high performance
  • ensure best-in-class execution of KMD’s contracts

Beside supporting the business, we constantly work on developing and updating skills within the contract management discipline to secure continuously improvements, efficiencies, and best-in-class compliance.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who holds a relevant master’s degree such as Cand.merc.jur., Cand.jur. or an equivalent degree. You have had the first 3-5 years of experience within contract management and ready to try an exciting new adventure in KMD.

You have a good combination of legal and business skills that you master to communicate to your colleagues in the projects. Knowledge of or interest in IT solutions is at preference.

Furthermore, it is required, that you are proficient in both spoken and written Danish and English.

Knowledge of traditional disciplines such as negotiation, economics and law are of course important in this role. Moreover, as we deal with both public and private customers, knowledge of contract law, GDPR, IPR and knowledge of public procurement law will also be a clear advantage.
