Europæiske ERV is looking for a new Nordic Operation Manager

The Role

We are looking for a new Nordic Operation Manager who will take lead on oversee daily operations, identify areas for optimizations, create commitment and setting a clear direction. As the Nordic Operation Manager, you are overall responsible for our operations in Denmark and Sweden which includes leading Customer Service and Claims. 2 Team Leaders and 3 operations specialists are reporting to the Nordic Operations Manager. :

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Secure that quality and service deliveries are in line with the company strategy.
• Manage and secure that staff has working conditions that allows to perform as expected
• KPI´s are defined and reached and reported to senior stakeholders

The Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar.  
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years from similar role
  • Experience in identifying and supporting in process optimization initiatives
  • Experience with change management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data in the decision making
  • Experience in managing and developing team members
  • Experience from an insurance company is preferably

• Experience from an International and/or a Nordic organization is nice to have

• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility and Adaptation to Change
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
