Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the PSQR Solution team. You will be responsible for guiding and assisting our clients with day-to-day issues concerning their use of PSQR’s track and trace products, whether it’s identifying operational issues, advising the client on how to use the software, or improving the self-service documentation.

PSQR is a Danish software development company that specialises in providing highly scalable software for storing, processing, and analysing vast amounts of traceability data to industry and government customers. The software is modular and extensible, allowing PSQR and our software integration partners to bring it into play for any product vertical, all the way from raw materials, through processing, to finished goods, and finally recycling – establishing the complete traceability circle.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the PSQR Solution team. You will be responsible for guiding and assisting our clients with day-to-day issues concerning their use of PSQR’s track and trace products, whether it’s identifying operational issues, advising the client on how to use the software, or improving the self-service documentation. You will work closely with the development teams concerning the matters identified and occasionally provide internal support, albeit minimal.

Above all, we favour the relevancy of solutions coming from the team: the hierarchy is flat, and the decision-making process is collaborative – we strive towards choosing good solutions no matter who comes up with them. We are a diverse team of international employees working together at our office hub located in the city centre of Copenhagen.

Your Qualifications

As a Technical Support specialist, you have a technical background and interest. You’re comfortable reading technical API documentation, are not afraid of navigating a database, and may even be able to read and understand a section of code.

As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented in your approach to solving problems. Being service-minded and proactive is a core trait of yours. You will always strive to raise the support standard by providing excellent customer service.

While Danish the language is not a must, it will be considered as an advantage.

The recruitment process

The recruitment process will as a minimum require you to:

  • Work on a technical case at home, and meet with us to ensure a technical match.
  • Visit us and meet the team to ensure a cultural match.
  • Meet with our COO to discuss terms, expectations, etc., and conclude a contract.

PSQR is not looking for contractors, agents, offshore, etc., but motivated and gifted candidates willing to participate in PSQR’s journey as a team member, colleague, and dedicated professional.
