Corporate Influencing

Turn your most important people into your strongest channel on LinkedIn

Corporate Influencing is when a company systematically uses the personal LinkedIn profiles of its leaders, salespeople and specialists to reach the audiences the business depends on. Not as a replacement for the company page and marketing, but as what makes them credible. People trust people. Logos come second.

Who it is for

Typically a leadership team, a sales team or a specialist team. But any team with an audience can use it.

The leadership team

Every leader has their own audience. HR needs candidates, sales needs buyers, the executive team needs the market and the board. We build each profile around that audience and teach the group to lift each other.

The sales team

Buyers look salespeople up before they answer an email. A sales team with sharp profiles and one disciplined hour a week books more meetings than a team with twice the calls.

The specialists

The engineer, the consultant, the product manager. They have the professional credibility marketing never gets. They just need somewhere to show it.

Founder-led

One to three owners or founders who are the face of the company. Here the profile is, in practice, the company website.

The programme

What a typical programme looks like

Four to five participants, six to eight weeks, three half day workshops two weeks apart. Built so participants can do it themselves afterwards. Not so they depend on us.

Six steps: kickoff, profile optimisation for everyone, an operating system with templates and a measurement plan, and three workshops on visibility, behaviour and commercial impact. Along the way we measure what can be attributed to the business.

See all six steps, and how we measure
  1. Kickoff, 45 minutes

Shared ambition and rules of the game. Who speaks to which audience, how much time each participant commits, and how you spar internally. We measure the starting point: profile score, views, connection acceptance, enquiries.

  2. Profile optimisation, every participant

Headline and positioning, About with keywords and credibility, experience and featured, skills that line up. So each participant can be found by exactly the audience they need to reach. Plus a checklist to keep it current.

  3. The operating system

Post templates and hook patterns that are brand safe without being boring. A comment and network routine of 3 times 30 minutes a week. A measurement plan with leading indicators and commercial outcomes.

  4. Workshop 1: Become visible

Profile and content. Posts, comments, dwell time. Angles that fit your company without sounding like an ad. Output: one post per participant and a weekly rhythm.

  5. Workshop 2: Become a real corporate influencer

Behaviour. Network building, comment strategy, AI as a drafting assistant and not as autopilot. Output: content pillars per participant and a shared six week plan.

  6. Workshop 3: Create commercial impact

Automation and conversion. Event playbook before, during and after. How a comment becomes a message, and a message becomes a meeting. What the machine can take, and what you have to do yourselves. Output: a measurement model that fits your sales reality.

Who should take part

A deliberate mix: one or two from leadership or the commercial layer, a customer facing profile with access to the key accounts, and one or two specialists with the stories nobody else can tell. Selection comes down to three things: can, will and motivated. The programme works fastest when participants want it themselves.

How we measure

Leading indicators every week: reach within the audience, comments from the right people, messages, sign-ups. Outcomes every month: qualified conversations, meetings, attendance at your events, and sales where they can be attributed. Not likes. Never likes.

So it sticks

3 times 30 minutes a week per participant. A fixed sparring window, say Wednesday morning, where participants help each other. Guidelines that are brand safe but not so strict they kill authenticity. After the programme you can add monthly sparring or co-writing of posts, but the goal is that you will not need it.

The terminology

Corporate Influencing, employee advocacy or social selling?

Employee advocacy is when employees share the company's content. Social selling is when salespeople use LinkedIn to open conversations. Corporate Influencing is both, driven from the top: leaders, salespeople and specialists each get their own audience, their own profile and their own behaviour, and the company gets a channel that cannot be bought with ad money. If you are searching for an "employee advocacy programme" or a "social selling programme", this is what you are looking for. We just call it something that covers the whole company.

Phases and payment

We do not lock clients in. We keep them.

A programme is set up in phases, and each phase is invoiced separately. You are never obliged to continue. If you choose to stop after a phase, whatever the reason, we stop. It is our way of making sure we only have satisfied clients.

Phase 1

The foundation

Kickoff, profile optimisation for every participant and the operating system with templates, routines and measurement plan. Everyone can be found and understood before anyone posts anything.

39,500DKK excl. VAT, 5 participants

Phase 2

The three workshops

Become visible, become a real corporate influencer, create commercial impact. Three half days at your premises two weeks apart. DKK 16,000 per workshop within a programme, against DKK 19,500 standalone.

48,000DKK excl. VAT

Phase 3

Run and grow

Only if you want to. Monthly sparring per participant, co-writing of posts (from DKK 6,000 per person per month), more participants, more teams, extra workshops on Sales Navigator, executive storytelling or events.

As needed

A pilot programme for five participants: from DKK 87,500 excl. VAT

Phase 1 and 2 combined. Deliberately kept under DKK 100,000 so it can be approved without waiting for a budget year. Fewer or more participants, other teams or a different pace change the price, and you get that in writing after an intro call.

Why we can afford to

If we create value, we are typically asked to keep delivering, also after the agreed programme. If we do not, you should be able to leave without an argument. The arithmetic is simple: one won meeting with the right buyer, one candidate who came by themselves, or one conversation that would otherwise have gone to a competitor, and our fee is paid back many times over.

What it is not

Three things we do not do

We do not write your posts for you forever. We do not make content that sounds like a press release. And we do not promise viral posts. We promise that the right people see the right people from your company, and that it can be measured.

Tailored proposal

The prices above are a pilot for five. Your proposal is built around your team, your audiences and your pace. Book a 30 minute intro call and you get it within two days.

Frequently asked questions

What is Corporate Influencing?

Corporate Influencing is a strategy where a company uses its employees' personal LinkedIn profiles, typically leaders, salespeople and specialists, as the primary channel to reach customers, candidates and partners. It is also called employee advocacy or employer branding through people, but Corporate Influencing covers sales, recruiting and positioning alike.

Does it replace our LinkedIn company page?

No. The company page is the archive: cases, news, job ads. The personal profiles are the channel. The company page gets more out of it when employees are active, not the other way round.

How many people should take part?

Four to five is the typical pilot group. Fewer than three does not give the ambassador effect. More than eight we split into groups, so everyone gets airtime in the workshops.

How long does a programme take?

A pilot programme takes six to eight weeks: kickoff, profile optimisation and three half day workshops two weeks apart. Then participants run it themselves, with measurement after 30 and 90 days. Larger programmes for several teams stretch over three to six months.

Do participants have to post?

Not necessarily. Comments, threads and a connection strategy move more than posts for most people. Posts come when there is something to say.

What does a Corporate Influencing programme cost?

A pilot programme for five participants costs from DKK 87,500 excl. VAT, split into two phases invoiced separately: the foundation (DKK 39,500) and the three workshops (DKK 48,000). You are not committed to phase 2 once phase 1 is delivered. More participants, more teams or ongoing sparring are priced after an intro call.

Are we tied to the whole programme?

No. Each phase is invoiced separately, and you can stop after any phase without giving a reason. We would rather have a client who comes back than a client who is locked in.

Is Corporate Influencing the same as employee advocacy?

Employee advocacy is part of it: employees who share and engage. Corporate Influencing goes further: every leader, salesperson and specialist gets their own audience, profile and behaviour, and the effect is measured on the business, not on the number of shares.

Can we start with a single workshop?

Yes. Many start with workshop 1 on the profile for the whole team and build from there. See talks and workshops.
