Your LinkedIn profile. Why it is decisive and how it is built
Almost everyone thinks their profile is fine. We start by measuring it. The profile is where every post, comment and search ends up. If the LinkedIn algorithm does not understand what you are, you get no credit for anything you do. And if the human who lands on it cannot see in five seconds what you can do for them, they leave.

Why, what, how, what if
Why the profile decides whether anything else counts. What the algorithm and the human read. How you build the headline and About on the spot. And what you fix tomorrow.

The profile as the conversion point
People connect with people, not logos. Every road leads back to the profile. What the algorithm actually reads, and why a pretty profile can be invisible.
The anatomy and the headline formula
Photo, cover, headline, About, experience, skills, recommendations. The headline formula: title and level, industry and niche, skills and keywords, value in one line. Skills as keywords: the 15 that count, and the ones that pull in the wrong direction.
Score, partner exercise, your own headline
Everyone gets a profile score of 0 to 100 before the workshop. Partner exercise: present your partner from their profile alone. Each participant builds their headline and About opening in two versions.
60 seconds and the three things you fix tomorrow
A presentation from the new headline. A fix list. What happens when the whole team points the same way.
- New headline
- About draft
- Prioritised fix list
- Profile score before, and after, if you want to measure

What is a good LinkedIn headline?
A good headline makes you findable by the right people, says what you work with without internal titles, and signals value, not just rank. The formula: title and level, industry and niche, skills and keywords, and one line about the value you create. Max 220 characters.
What does the profile score measure?
Ten categories from photo and headline to skills, experience and searchability, weighted by what the algorithm and humans react to. The score runs 0 to 100. Most leaders sit between 25 and 45 before they have done anything.
Do I need a professional photo?
Yes. It is the first thing everyone sees, and no amount of text compensates for it.
How long does it take to fix the profile after the workshop?
Two to four hours if you do it yourself with the fix list. Or you let us do it.
What does the LinkedIn profile workshop cost?
DKK 19,500 excl. VAT for half a day at your premises with up to 25 participants, including a profile score for everyone in advance. As a talk or webinar by quote.
Want the profile rebuilt with us afterwards? See LinkedIn profile optimisation, or move on to workshop 2 on behaviour.
