LinkedIn behaviour. Use your time well and get measurable results
Many people think LinkedIn is a waste of time. They are right. The way they use it. Most sit and scroll passively and believe that "active" means posting. That is wrong. Comments, threads and profile visits move more than most posts, and it can be done in one hour a week, if you know how and who you are doing it for.
- Who
- Teams with the profile in place. Especially leadership teams, where every leader has their own audience.
- What you take away
- Your own audience map, a one page weekly plan and three comments already posted.
- Time afterwards
- One hour a week, spread over five days. No more.
- Format
- Half day workshop at your premises, 8 to 25 participants. Also as a talk or webinar.
- Price
- DKK 19,500 excl. VAT. DKK 1,950 per person with 10 participants.
- Next step
- Workshop 3 on automation, when the hours run out.
Always adapted to your industry, your team and what you need to achieve. A short call beforehand, materials and templates afterwards.
Book an intro call →Teams that have the profile in place and now need to use their time right. Especially strong for leadership teams, because every leader has their own audience: HR needs to reach candidates, sales needs to reach buyers, the executive team needs to reach the market.
Why, what, how, what if
Why likes do not count, and what the algorithm actually rewards. Who you need to be top of mind with. A live experiment with results the same day. And the weekly plan that turns it into a habit.
See the programme in detail
What LinkedIn rewards
Dwell time, "see more" clicks, comment threads, saved posts, profile visits, messages. Not likes. The 60 to 120 minute window and the recalculation after 6, 12 and 18 hours.
Audience map and the three step comment
Who do you need to be top of mind with? One audience per participant, not "everyone". Active and passive participation, concretely. The comment: refer to something concrete, add a perspective, ask a genuine question. Who to follow, connect with and turn on notifications for.
The live experiment
Four participants post the same message at the same time, image and video, active and passive. We give energy to two and ignore two. The result shows in real time and the next day. Everyone writes three comments and replies in at least one thread.
The weekly plan and the metrics
60 minutes over five days. Metrics without tools: profile views, search appearances, connection acceptance, inbound messages, SSI. What happens at 30, 60 and 90 days.
- Your own audience map
- A list of 10 profiles
- A one page weekly plan
- Three comments already posted

Do you have to post to be active on LinkedIn?
No. Comments with perspective, replies in threads and visits to the right profiles give most people more visibility with the right people than posts do. Posts come when there is something to say.
How much time should you spend on LinkedIn?
One hour a week, spread over five days, is enough if it is used right. That is exactly what the weekly plan is.
What is dwell time on LinkedIn?
The time a user stays on your post. LinkedIn uses it as a signal for whether the content is worth showing to more people. A click on "see more" and a comment weigh more than a like.
What is a three step comment?
A comment that (1) refers to something concrete in the post, (2) adds a perspective, an experience or a mini case, and (3) asks a genuine question. 15 words minimum, preferably 35.
What does the LinkedIn behaviour workshop cost?
DKK 19,500 excl. VAT for half a day at your premises with up to 25 participants. As a talk or webinar by quote.
Running out of hours when you do this properly? Then it is time for workshop 3 on automation.
