General terms

Talent Attract ApS provides an online job posting and recruitment platform on https://talentattract.com. The terms are valid between the individual company and Talent Attract ApS.

These terms and conditions of use are valid between Talent Attract Aps and one company (henceforth "The user")

These conditions make up the complete agreement valid between The user and Talent Attract ApS.

To access the services, The user has to read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Range of service

The service gives The user access to Talent Attract's services agreed upon when ordering.

Access to the service

In order to get access to the service, The user has to create an account on the platform.

Registration and user access

The user is responsible for providing the correct information at the point of registration. When registrating The user is only allowed to provide information about their own payment- and creditcard.

When registrating The user has to state a user name and a password (henceforth "Sign in information"). The user's log in information are personal and are not to be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The user has to keep the login information safe to ensure that no one will have ungranted access to it. The user is responsible for all use of their account.

If The user suspects illgal use of The users log in information, The user has to notify Talent Attract immediately as well as changing their password. 

Fees and payment

Fees for using the service must be paid according to the price ranges valid at any time, available on the website. 

Payment for the service is paid either by subscription or for each job posting.

The user is to complete the payment for the service using the payment methods provided by Talent Attract ApS through the website. The user commits to signing the needed documents and by every payment deadline have suficient means for payment available through the chosen payment method.

Subscription

If The user is on a a subscription plan, the first payment will withdrawn from their credit card after the trial period ends, typically 14 days. It will be clearly stated in the checkout flow. 

There are two available billing schedules: monthly and yearly. If The user is on a monthly billing schedule, the monthly fee will be prepaid and withdrawn once a month, and if The user is on a yearly billing schedule, the full fee for the upcoming year will be withdrawn once a year.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, and the subscription will then expire, when the current prepaid subscription period ends. 

Adjustments and changes

Talent Attract ApS reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the service. This would be visible at any purchase.

Payment

Talent Attract ApS accepts online payments by Visa or Mastercard.

The payment will be processed once the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated on your order.

All amounts on the website is VAT excluded.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: DKK and Euro (€).

Talent Attract ApS uses a secure payment server which encrypts all information by SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and inaccessible for any outside part.

Talent Attract ApS' own website us also using encrypting by SSL protocol.

Rights of cancellation

There are no rights of cancellation on services bought through our webshop as the product is of such kind that Danish legislation categorizes as a product to which there can't nor should be provided the right of cancellation. 

Client- and privacy policy

We don't sell personal information and/or share your information to another part. Your information are only registered in our client database. You can have them deleted at any time.

To make an agreement with Talent Attract ApS, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • VAT no.
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • E-mail address

We register your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the product and contact you through phone or e-mail to give you a proactive service and support.

The personal information are registered at Talent Attract ApS and kept for up to 5 years after which they will be deleted. 

When personal information is gathered through our website we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, to ensure that you are always informed on the exact information we have on you and why.

The CEO and the employees in Talent Attract ApS have access to the registered information.

The data controller at Talent Attract ApS is: Balder Vendt-Striim.

We don't keep or transmit our client information encrypted. 

As registered at Talent Attract ApS you always have the right to object the registration. You always have right to the knowledge of which information we have registered. These rights follow the Danish Data Protection Act and questions hereabout is directed to info@talentattract.com

On http://talentattract.com cookies are used to optimize the website and it's functionality. This is to make your usage of the platform as easy as possible. 

You can delete your cookies from your computer at any time. 

Log statistics
We use log statistics on http://talentattract.com which means that a statistic system is gathering information to give a statistic overview of how many visitors we have, where they are from and where on the website it is closed etc.

The log statistics are used with the purpose of optimizing the website of Talent Attract ApS.
